Burks of Columbus, Mississippi, born in Cherry Valley, Arkansas, who passed away on August 16, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otea Burks Sr. and Earlee Madette Burks; his son Christopher D. Burks; and his sister Alma Burks Keys. He is survived by: his children, Larita Renee Burks of Mebane, Fuezelle Burks Jr. of Maywood and Juvante T. Burks Sr. of Columbus; and his siblings, Wilma Davis of Phoenix and Otea Burks Jr. of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
