He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lamar and Marjorie Scoggins Williams; his brother-in-law Billy Page; and his son-in-law Loyd Lowery. He is survived by: his son James (Andra); his siblings, Dorothy Page and Dennis Williams (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Becky Henderson (Mark), Amber Olden (Dean), Jennilee Massey (Brandon), Zachary Robinson, Christina Williams, James Bradley Williams (Tracey), Ashley Elliott, Tyler Elliott, Wendy Pennington and Kayla Flye (Justin). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
