She was predeceased by: her grandson Sean Chambers; and her siblings, Oscar Jones, Willie Jones, Cleveland Jones, Olden Jones, Coy Jones, Susie Hughes, Hazie Perkins and Irene Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Odell Lewis of Atlanta, GA, Larry Lewis (Grace) of Columbus, MS, Cleveland Lewis (Tina) of Columbus, MS, Marvin Lewis (Katherine) of Jackson, MS, Melvin Lewis (Bernice) of Columbus, MS, Annie Chambers and Jewlean Lewis. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; two brothers, Robert (Katie) Jones and Roy (Pearl) Jones both of Columbus, MS; one sister, Marie Henry of Columbus, MS, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
