It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Jean Wilkins of Columbus, Mississippi, who passed away on October 25, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosie Wilkins and Ulysses Nelson Wilkins; and her siblings, Arthur, Johnny Davis, Andrew Walker, Rosie Woods, Irene Burke and Mary Conner.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Necole Harris Townsel (Steven) of Columbus, MS; her stepdaughter Nadine Ervin of Northport, AL; her granddaughters, Patrease Harris, Paris Harris and Laquita Bracey; and her brothers, Willie Davis of Columbus, MS and Gus Wilkins (Gloria) of Detroit, MI.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
