She is survived by: her sons, Jay Kizer of Columbus and Sam Kizer of Columbus; and her siblings, Janice Melton Sutton (Clyde), JoAnn Wells (Darrell) and Jerry Dan Melton of Henderson, KY.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
