He was predeceased by: his sister Clarice Blaylock. He is survived by: his wife Janette Atkins O'Barr of Columbus, MS; his children, Tammy Horn (Jim Garth) of Vilonia, AR and Johnny Sansing (Amy) of Houston, MS; his grandchildren, Emily Gusewelle (Josh), Megan Smith (Dustin), Lindsey Talbert (Sean) of Vilonia, AR and Cody Sansing; and his great grandchildren, Preston, Grayson, Matlee, Madison, Kadin and Chandler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
