He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hill McNees, Sr. and Ila Mae McNees; his siblings, Joe Hill McNees, Jr., Thomas Lavert McNees and Kathleen McNees Wilson; and his daughter Diane Materna Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Gee McNees; his daughter Jamie McNees Gleason (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Gleason and Austin Gleason. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
