He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Endsley and Henry Maurice Endsley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Burkes Endsley; his children, Terry Wayne Endsley and Sherry Jo Clardy; and his siblings, Jeannette Bearden, Sylvia Gaddis and Jimmy Endsley. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
