He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Edward Campbell and Jessie Elizabeth Campbell; his wife Margaret Anne Heffernan; his children, Elyse Allen Richard (Ray) of Columbus, James Lee Campbell Jr. (Ann) of Flora, MS, John William Campbell (Robin) of Amory, MS and David Richard Campbell (Reba) of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne Johnston (Thomas), Catherine Elyse McDill (Chris), James Lee Campbell III (Jimmy), Kathryn Ann Campbell (Brett), John Rockne Campbell (Melissa), Michael Benjamin Campbell (Sallie Marie), Leah Kathryn Anzenberger (Tim), Carrington Elizabeth Campbell and John William Campbell Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Robert David Johnston, Campbell Emerson Smith, John King Campbell (Jack), Wyatt Benjamin Campbell, Katy Jane Anzenberger and Elyse Lynn McDill. He was also cherished by father and enjoyed time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
