He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell B. and Gracie Lee Dodson McCrary, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gail Delores Junkin McCrary; his children, Johnny Maxwell McCrary, Jr. (Kathy) of Petal and Ginger Smith (Chip) of Columbus; and his grandchildren, William L. McCrary, John M. McCrary, III of Melbourne and Freda Kirkland of Petal.
