We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2019, at the age of 62, Julie Gartman (Columbus, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Edward Howard Sr. and Gracie Suggs Howard; her children, Chuck Howard (Caroline), Sandra Spears (Mike), Steve Howard, Susan Gallop (Tony) and Jessica Stephens (David); her spouse Dennis Gartman; and her grandchildren, Kenny, Lacey, Kaleb and Karson Stokes.
Julie asked in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
