He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Parrish and Gladys Parrish. He is survived by: his sister Karen McDaniel (Guy); and his sibling's children, Lee Alan Martin, Jr., Justin Ray Smith (Paige) and Shalyn Parrish Jones (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Childrens' Research Hospital.
