She was predeceased by: her spouse Otis Tubbs Jr.; her children, Billy Humphries Sr., Tyrone Humphries, Baby Humphries and Kelly Tubbs Stewart; and her siblings, Shepard Everson Sr., Artric Everson Jr. and Henry Everson.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Denine Humphries, Kayundra Tubbs-Arch, Michael Humphries, Frederick Humphries, Dexter Humphries of Panama City and James Humphries of Nashville, Tennessee; and her siblings, Edna Irene Gandy of Columbus, Willie Mae McCoy of St. Louis, Daphne Stewart of Florence, Pleas Everson Sr., William Everson, Freddie Everson of Memphis and Jerry Everson of Millington, Tennessee. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
