He was predeceased by: his wife Gaynell Brock Latham. He is survived by: his parents, Hythen and Helen Eubanks Latham; his children, Theresa Ferguson of Birmingham, AL, Crystal Rodgers (Jay) of Parrish, AL and Melvin Latham (Sheryl) of Columbus, MS; and his brother Jerry Latham (Sandra) of Villarica, GA. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
