She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Viola Sanders Mordecai and James Ernest Mordecai; her husband William "Bill" Walsh; and her siblings, Thomas Jasper Mordecai, Edgar Mordecai, Robert Mordecai, James Mordecai and Jewel Saarinen.
She is survived by: her significant other James Kinard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins; friends.
