She was predeceased by: her parents, Tillman Welch and Ellen Morris Welch; her son Kevin Todd; and her grandparents, Elbert Morris and Dezzie Hersey Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Brooks of Tupelo, MS., Karen Jones of Tupelo, MS., Terri Bell of Tupelo, MS. and Darryl; and her siblings, Priscilla Lang of East St, Larry T. Welch of East St, Charles N. Welch of East St and Ill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
