She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Bowman and Betty Bowman; and her husband Billy Ray Lowery, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Billy Ray Lowery, Jr. (Susie) of Steens; her stepdaughter Doris Seitz (Johnny) of West Point; her siblings, Carolyn Robison (Steve), Evelyn Bowman, Paula Hall and Paul Bowman; her grandchildren, Addison and Eli Lowery; and her stepgrandchildren, Laura Williamson (Brad) and John Seitz. She is also survived by two Step-Greatgrandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
