He is survived by: his wife Patricia Perkins; his daughter Georgia Williams of Caledonia, MS; and his stepchildren, Dale Heppner of Doylestown, PA, Leigh Ann Heppner of Warminster, PA and Lynn Heppner Thornton of Gulf Breeze, FL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
