She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lou Stewart and Jim Hairston; her husband James H. Williams of Crawford, MS; and her brothers, Roy Stewart of Crawford, MS. and Rickey Stewart of Crawford, MS..
She is survived by: her daughters, Tarekka Anderson (Decaseyion) of Stone Mountain, GA and Phyllis Clark of Crawford, MS; her siblings, Addie Clay of Columbus, MS, Margaret Williams of Philadelphia, Louise Stewart of Philadelphia, Shirley and Jimmy Hairston of Columbus, MS; and her grandchildren, Decaseyion Jr. of Stone Mountain, GA, Decameron of Stone Mountain, GA and Decarion Anderson of Stone Mountain, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Rosie confessed her life to Christ and joined Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and later joined Charity Missionary Baptist Church where she loved serving God and being a member of the usher board until her health began to fail.
