She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Helen Louise Hodges Atkins; and her sister Ellena J. Hixson. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Stanley of Marion, NC and Tammy Stanley Bates (Tim) of Pensacola, FL; her siblings, Dorothy Sawaryn (Greg) of Maben, MS, Mary Wood of Columbus, MS and Sam Atkins of Flowood, MS; and her granddaughters, Amber, Tiffany, Jennifer, Julia and Haley. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
