He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mitchell Douglas "Mickey" Wiggins and Gladys Inez Wiggins Adair. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Davis Wiggins; his sons, Thomas Douglas "Doug" Wiggins (Donna) of Caledonia and Charles Edward "Eddie" Wiggins (Jennifer) of Fredericksburg, VA; his grandchildren, Carrie Whitlow (Greg), Josh Wiggins and Jacob Wiggins; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Addison Whitlow; his siblings, Ann Wiggins Fussell (Bob) of Amory, MS, Dot Wiggins Curtis (Charles) of Corinth, MS and Joe Wiggins (Lynda) of Millport, AL; and his siblings-in-law, Emma Jane Wiggins and Ray Adair. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
