It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Kimbrell (Columbus, Mississippi), born in Ackerman, Mississippi, who passed away on July 4, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maureen Funderburk Kimbrell and William V. Kimbrell; and his siblings, Billy Kimbrell and Rosemary Bruister. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Livingston Kimbrell; his daughter Allison Pool (Jason); his sister Ila Cornelius; and his pet Katie. He is also survived by two grandchildren (Avery and Davis), six nephews, five nieces, and several great nieces and nephews.
