He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Stoddert Kennedy and Francis Harriette Bates Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Brown Kennedy of Columbus, MS; and his sons, William Kennedy, Scott Kennedy and David Kennedy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
