He was loved and cherished by many people including: his pets, Penny, Buck and Some; his daughter Katie; his wife Myra Elrod Rowzee of Columbus, Mississippi; his daughter Katherine Megan Rowzee of Oxford, Mississippi; his sister Donna Sue Rowzee Tinsley of Franklin, Tennessee; and his nephews, Terry Robert Tinsley (Rebecca) of Gainesville, Virginia and Kirk Martin Tinsley (Lina) of Franklin, Tennessee. He was also cherished by great nieces and great nephews and numerous cousins.
