He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Craig and Willis Pope, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wood Pope; his children, Allison Pope Barton (Greg) of Hartsville, TN and Willis "Craig" Pope, IV (Angela) of Worthington, OH; his grandchildren, Wiley Barton, Chandler Barton, Laney Barton, Audrey Barton, Willis Pope, Ivy Pope and Grant Pope; and his sisters, Martha Pope Bozeman (Eddie) of Columbus and Betty Pope Waters (Mike) of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
