It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobbye McMurry of Como, Mississippi, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Theodore Walker and Vera Hubbard Walker; her husband John McMurry; and her siblings, Harold Walker, Wilma Dewberry and Gail Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Herman Murdock, Elaine Fleury of Drummonds, TN and Rhonda Ashe (Walter) of Como, MS; her sister Sonya Brand of Riverside, AL; and her grandchildren, Joey Murdock (Mary), Lisa Ritter (Mike), Jason Hungerford (Melissa), David Snider and Shawanna Snider. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's and Dementia Research.
