He was predeceased by: his parents, William Webb and Arlilie Webb; and his brothers, William Henry Webb, Jr. and Larry Webb. He is survived by: his children, Leandra Conley (Ozzie) of Memphis, TN and Shmicheal Conley (Whitney) of Tullahoma, TN; his siblings, Ida Dean of Chicago, IL, Laura Webb of Chicago, IL, Linda Cook (Andrew) of Memphis, TN, Brenda Bartee of Henning, TN and James Webb (Paula) of Phoenix, AZ; and his cousin Elbert Porter. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
