David Luper Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma Luper; his parents, W. T. Luper and Gladys Luper; and his brothers, William Dale Luper, Earnest Lloyd Luper and James Howell Luper.
He is survived by: his children, David Neal Luper (Pam), Ray Sivils (Donna), Steve Sivils (Audrey), Larry Sivils (Karma) and Valerie Lynn Lawrence (Pete); and his siblings, Sam Luper and Mary Lynn McLaskey. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
