She is survived by : her husband James Bailey of Decatur; her children, Ramona Estes (Dean) of Ft. Worth, TX, Rhonda Holloway (Harold) of Decatur, Donella Peacock of Dublin, GA, Susan Tillman of Decatur and Michael Estes (Glenda) of Senath, MO; and her brother Gary Blackburn (Ann) of Hobert, IN. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren 20 Great-Grandchildren.
