We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2021, at the age of 90, John Franklin Baucum of Decatur, Mississippi, born in Newton, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Preston Baucum and Ella Baucum; and his siblings, William Perry Baucum, Wilson Herbert Baucum, Bernard Welch Baucum, Virgil Preston Baucum, Lois Arnett Elmore, Nina May Harwood, Audrey Payton and Lena Gertrude Cleveland.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Baucum; his daughter Anita Marshall (David); his grandsons, Daniel Marshall (Ashley) and Andrew Marshall (Brooke); his great grandchildren, John Archer Marshall and Everly Rose Marshall; and his sister-in-law Dorothy McGee.
