We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2021, at the age of 87, Billy Holmes of Diamondhead, Mississippi, born in Graham, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, E. C. Holmes and Georgia Ann Higgins Holmes. He is survived by : his wife Tevis Ruth Ducote Holmes; his sons, Randall Laroy Holmes (Claudine Robart Holmes) and William Brian Holmes (Susanne Holmes); and his siblings, Nathelee Richardson, Bernice Armstrong and Edward Holmes.
