He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Boyd Parker and Irene Bennett Parker; his brother James Walter Parker (Gertrude Burke Parker); and his son Vernon Cobe Parker, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Mary Katherine "Kathy" Parker; his children, Christa Parker Duhe and James Bradley Johnson; and his grandson Cameron Parker Duhe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
