She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Smith and Hazel Clapper Smith; her husband Albert Sidney Johnson; her brothers, Delmer Smith and James Smith; her daughter Tammy Reed; and her son-in-law Mike Kuhlman (Jackie).
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Olier (Kim), Jackie Reed and Jason Johnson (Ashleigh); and her sisters, Linda Harrison (Ross) and Pat Meck (John). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
