He was predeceased by : his parents, Inez Criswell Holley and Floyd Samuel Holley; and his son Mark Richmond. He is survived by : his wife Ellen Busby; and his children, Trent Holley of Sallis, John Holley of Kosciusko, Connie Kemp of Myron, Vickie Holifield of Carthage and Amanda Busby of Carthage. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
