She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther Lassiter and Esther Lassiter; her husband William O. Davis; and her children, Tony L. Davis of Bangor, ME and Karen Jill May of Columbus, TX..
She is survived by : her children, Terry Davis (Jane) of Atlanta, TX, Kathy Luce (Bill) of Queen City, TX and Joey Davis of McCloud, TX; her sister Syble Wooten of Spanish Fort, AL; and her friend Shirley Graham. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great –grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Carolyn's family requests donations be made to Escatawpa Baptist Church, 7101 Highway 613, Moss Point, MS 39563, or to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Hospital.
