She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Mercer of Falkner, MS; her son Jimi "Scott" Mercer of Falkner, MS; her sisters, Dorothy Bennett (John) of Tiplersville, MS and Jean Mathis of Walnut, MS; her cousin Ruth Roberson; and her close friends, Nelda Swindle, Mary Knight and Carolyn Duncan.
