It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Harold Mardis of Flora, Mississippi, who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Mae Mardis Holder and R. H. "Curly" Mardis; his parents-in-law, Fred and Frances Stringer; and his niece Emily Bearden.
He is survived by : his sons, Josh of Flora, MS and Scott (Kimberly); his grandsons, Dylan, Pierce and Conner; his wife Donna Marie Stringer; his grandson Gage of Flora, MS; his siblings, David Mardis (Kay) of Marietta, GA and Beth Steverson (Leslie) of Gulfport, MS; and his sister-in-law Diane Bearden (Steve) of Clinton, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.
