It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Elaine Miller of Flowood, Mississippi, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Noah Garlits and Maxine Evey; her husband Wayne Miller; her son Steve Miller of Ocean Springs; and her brother John "Butch" Garlits of Mt. Pulaski, Illinois..

She is survived by : her children, Melinda Miller, Cheryl Dollar, Mike Miller and Michele Cooksey. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
