He is survived by: his mother Melba Gean Tate; his son Braden Lane Tate; his brothers, Boyce Levain Leathers (Nancy), Johnny Patterson (Carol), Tony Patterson and Billy Braden Tate III; Juanita Morphis and Tommie Jean Patterson. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
