He is survived by: his wife Susan Arneson Applewhite; his daughters, Kelly LeBlanc (Cliff) of Brandon, MS, Lisa Decker (Tyler) of Victor, MT and Gina Kaye Applewhite of Gautier, MS.; his grandchildren, Garrett Mason Ward and Lucy Apple Decker; and his siblings, Roger Applewhite (Vicki), Scott Applewhite (Monique) and Gretta Applewhite. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
