He is survived by: his mother Donald Martin; his daughter-in-law Lisa Creswell; his siblings, Donna Shepard (David), Lester Creswell and Dan Creswell; and his stepsons, Kris Kirby and Lawson Hicks. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 3 nephews, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and friends.
