He is survived by : his parents, Hal Holbrook and Elizabeth Holbrook; his sister Katie Holbrook Warlick (Rob Warlick); and also, Ann, Catherine, Donald, Ikea, Jasmine, Jennifer, Jeremiah, Linda, Lisa, Nancy, Shanette and Teresa.
