It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane Wilson in Greenwood, Mississippi, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George N. Ferguson and Dorothy Neal Ferguson of Memphis; and her brothers, James "Jim" Neal Ferguson and George W. "Woody" Ferguson. She is survived by : her daughters, Monica Jane Barton (Derek) of Bloomington, IL and Melanie Wilson Hodges (Matthew) of Birmingham, AL; her grandchildren, Wyatt Barton, Erica Barton and Vaida Hodges; her brother Dale Ferguson of Lexington, KY; and her friend Priscilla Metcalfe Hutton of Collierville, TN..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Mary Jane's honor to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
