He was predeceased by: his parents, David Arthur Conn and Edith Inez Thompson Conn; and his brother David Wayne Conn. He is survived by: his wife Adrienne Kay Andrews Conn of Gulfport, MS; his daughter Adrianna Michelle Conn Barrow (Robert D.); his brother Ronald Keith Conn (Susie); and his grandchildren, Kaylee Breanne Barrow and Kendall Faith Barrow. He is also survived by other relatives and close friends.
