It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Juanita Craven Ford of Gulfport, Mississippi, who passed away on August 10, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Cleo "Cleco" Ford; her parents, Irene Powell and Harman Powell; her siblings, Art Powell and Frances Davenport; and her stepson Tom Soderstrom.

She is survived by : her children, Mike Craven and Roxanne Ford; her grandchildren, Bryan Soderstrom, Sarah Soderstrom and Laurin Courtney Jordan; and her sisters, Annette Kirkpatrick, Dianne Goff and Janie Schrantz.

Nita requested that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
