She was predeceased by : her husband Bill Butler; her parents, Gabriel Hastings and Mary Hastings; her siblings, Jessie Elaine Foley and Thomas Lee Hastings; and her grandson Scott Coker.

She is survived by : her children, Susan Thomas (Richard), Tom Butler (Susan), Laura Young (Bruce) and Camie Coker (Sam); her grandchildren, Richard Thomas, Paul Thomas, Jessie Campbell, Sarah Legner, Leanne Hall, Jennifer Lovell, Kelly Coker, Michael Coker, Matthew Butler and Parker Butler; her great grandchildren, Will and Easton Campbell; and her grandchildren, Emma, Jack Legner, Luke, Jay Hall, Savannah, Declan Lovell, Jillian, Robbie Eveland, Trent Thomas, Luna-Belle Butler, R. J. Roberts, Annabella and Beckett Butler.

The Butler family suggests memorials be made as donations to Poplar Springs Nursing Center Activities Fund in lieu of flowers, at 6615 Poplar Springs Loop Meridian, MS 39305.
