We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Susan Elaine Grantham of Gulfport, Mississippi, born in Chincoteague, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Susan Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of our lives, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard M. Smart and Patricia R. Smart; and her sister Cindy S. Carrubba. She is survived by : her husband Troy T. Grantham, Jr.; her son Joshua B. Anderson; her brothers, David Smart (Stephanie) and Steven Smart; and her grandson Samuel T. J. Anderson. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sea Episcopal Church (1909 15th St, Gulfport, MS 39501). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at the Evergreen Gardens Cemetery (3908 28th St, Gulfport, MS 39501).

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Peter's by-the-Sea altar guild, 1909 15th Street, Gulfport, MS 39501.
