She is survived by: her children, Ralph E. McNeill Jr. (Dena) of Mississippi and Tammy L. McNeill (Jason) of Mississippi; her grandchildren, Courtney, Rachel, Jasmine, Chad, Sissy, Jamie and Joshua; and her siblings, Ruby Dale Gilmer of Arkansas, Emma Dean McGregory of Arkansas, Sonya Gullick and James Wages of Mississippi. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
