He was predeceased by : his parents, Newson Patrick and Cassie Lee Dye Hadaway; his wife Helen Diane Anderson Hadaway; and his siblings, Howard Edward Hadaway of Pontotoc, Clifton Boot Hadaway of Collierville, Jerry Lee Hadaway of Pontotoc and Clytee Hadaway Reeder Parker of Olive Branch, MS..

He is survived by : his daughter Vaniece Ivy (Scott) of Shannon; his stepdaughters, Rena Chism (Andy) of Tupelo and Sondra Moffit (Francis) of Destin, FLA; his grandchildren, Jason Young (Blakley) of Tupelo, Brad Ivy (Kelly), Blake Ivy (Jourdon) of Guntown, Austin Holley of Tupelo and Peyton Chism of Tupelo; and his great grandchildren, Allie Lynn Young, John Wiley Young of Tupelo, Katelyn Ivy, Isabella Ivy of Saltillo, Anniston Brooke Ivy of Guntown, Harley, Rena and Andy Chism of Tupelo.
