He is survived by : his wife Shirley H. Roper; his children, Donald Roper, Cleveland Roper, Tony Roper and Cindy Scott (Sammy); his sister Elsie Hill; his grandchildren, Samuel Scott (Brittany), April Warren (Nathan), Holley Scott, Phillip Roper (CJ), Betty Voss, Tonya Roper and Nathan Gunnells; and his brothers-in-law, Lamar Harris (Margie) and Junior Harris. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
